Hey, it's Hazem

The winter semester just started in the Czech Republic, and I noticed something: students (and honestly everyone else) live on their phones.

EVERYTHING is there; study, work, doomscrolling, Facebook/Instagram/Meta ads, everything.

And there is a lesson in it for local business owners too: customers experience your business on mobile first.

Which means:

  • If your ad text is tiny → swipe

  • If your website loads too slow → close

  • If your buttons are too small to tap → frustration

With the current attention span of people, they will close at the first frustration.

But when ads and websites are mobile-friendly and straight to the point, people actually stay, click, and buy.

Lesson here: Keep your local business marketing simple and mobile-first, because that’s exactly where your audience is.
