Don't respect your client

Hey, it's Hazem

One time, I went to the doctor because I was sick.

Picture a doctor...

Now this guy, strolls in wearing a hoodie, overweight, zero energy. He was my "doctor."

He spoke like he didn’t care whether I lived or died, as if he was forced to be there.

And then it hit me.

I I wasn’t just judging his advice, I was judging him.

His clothes, his shape, his attitude.

I still hate that doctor by the way. Not because of what he prescribed, but because of how he carried himself.

Here’s where it gets interesting…

I’ve also seen doctors on the complete opposite end:

Fit, presentable, speaking with authority, dressed for the role.

Hell, I would be sick everyday just to see them.

So: Same degree, same job title, different results.

And that’s the trap so many businesses fall into.

They think “respecting the client” is enough.

It's not. Because before the client respects you, you have to respect the position you’re in, and the image you’re projecting.

If you don’t hold yourself to that standard, they’ll remember that more than your service.

And here’s where it ties back to marketing.

Your gym, your posts, your content online, that’s your “white coat.”

If you show up sloppy or unprofessional, people make up their minds instantly.

That’s why when I work with businesses, I don’t just “get them more clients.”

I position them so when someone lands on their page, there’s no doubt they’re the authority to trust.

Because in business, just like with that doctor, presentation is the prescription.

So ask yourself:

When people see your brand, do they see the hoodie doctor I hated?

Or the professional they can’t wait to work with?
